   Choose Notifications.

   Enable or disable the available delivery types.

   Choose any schedule or cadence options shown for your plan.

   Save and confirm the settings remain selected.

What preferences affect

Notification preferences govern delivery to you and, where applicable, connected workspace channels. They do not stop source monitoring or remove intelligence from the in-app feed.

If a notification does not arrive

• Confirm the relevant preference is enabled.
• Check that the integration is connected and still authorized.
• Check spam or channel permissions.
• Confirm there was eligible activity in the delivery period.
• Reconnect the integration or contact support if delivery remains unavailable.
