Invite a teammate

   Open Settings → Members.

   Choose Invite member.

   Enter the teammate’s email and select the appropriate role.

   Send the invitation.

   The recipient opens the invitation, creates or confirms access, and joins the workspace.

Choose the least powerful suitable role

Owners control the workspace and sensitive account actions. Administrators can manage broad workspace configuration and integrations. Members use the intelligence and collaboration features available to them. The interface is the source of truth for the exact actions available to each role.

Unlimited internal viewers

SoWhatHQ does not use per-seat billing. Invite the internal teammates who need the intelligence, while still using roles to protect billing, integrations, membership, and destructive account actions.
