Complete your workspace setup

Open the setup guide

Choose Getting started in the dashboard sidebar. The guide has four independent steps and saves real workspace data as you complete them. You can leave and return without losing progress.

The four setup steps

1. 1

   Company: enter your company name and website so recommendations have the right frame of reference.

2. 2

   Competitors: add the companies that belong on your watchlist. Use a company website when possible.

3. 3

   Positioning: describe your audience, value, differentiation, and approved narrative—or generate a starting point from your site.

4. 4

   Notifications: choose how and when you want intelligence delivered.

After setup

Once every step is complete, the sidebar shows Setup complete. You can hide that shortcut; the guide remains available from Settings. Monitoring begins as soon as a competitor and at least one usable source exist.
