Public-source monitoring

SoWhatHQ is designed to monitor public competitor sources selected or discovered for your workspace. Do not submit private, paywalled, authenticated, or unlawfully obtained material as a monitoring source.

02

Connected services

OAuth integrations request the permissions needed for their stated workflows. Sensitive tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed to the browser. Disconnect integrations you no longer use and review provider-side access periodically.

03

Your team’s responsibilities

  • Use individual accounts and appropriate roles.
  • Verify sensitive competitive claims before acting or publishing.
  • Do not paste credentials into notes, messaging, or support requests.
  • Remove departing members and obsolete integrations promptly.
  • Use exports and shared links only with intended recipients.
