Connect Slack

Connect a workspace channel

   Open Settings → Integrations.

   Choose Add to Slack.

   Review the requested Slack permissions.

   Select the intended workspace and channel.

   Approve the connection and return to SoWhatHQ.

   Confirm the integration shows Connected.

What Slack receives

Slack receives eligible SoWhatHQ summaries and alerts according to workspace configuration and notification preferences. Messages link back to SoWhatHQ so teammates can review the underlying sourced context.

Change or remove the connection

Disconnect Slack from the Integrations tab before connecting a different destination. If an administrator removes the app in Slack, reconnect it in SoWhatHQ to establish a fresh authorization.
