What belongs in Messaging
- Core positioning statements
- Value propositions and benefit language
- Audience-specific messages
- Objection responses and proof points
- Campaign or launch language that should remain reusable and governed
02
Create and govern an entry
- 1
Open Messaging and add an entry, or choose Draft from what we know.
- 2
Select the appropriate type and write the message in usable language.
- 3
Review generated copy against product truth and evidence.
- 4
Set the status to match its maturity, such as draft or approved.
- 5
Edit as the market changes; version history preserves the evolution.
03
Keep the system trustworthy
Use approved status deliberately. Archive stale language instead of silently leaving it in circulation. When a competitor move causes a change, connect the decision to the evidence so teammates understand why the wording evolved.
