What belongs in Messaging

  • Core positioning statements
  • Value propositions and benefit language
  • Audience-specific messages
  • Objection responses and proof points
  • Campaign or launch language that should remain reusable and governed
02

Create and govern an entry

  1. 1

Open Messaging and add an entry, or choose Draft from what we know.

  2. 2

Select the appropriate type and write the message in usable language.

  3. 3

Review generated copy against product truth and evidence.

  4. 4

Set the status to match its maturity, such as draft or approved.

  5. 5

Edit as the market changes; version history preserves the evolution.

03

Keep the system trustworthy

Use approved status deliberately. Archive stale language instead of silently leaving it in circulation. When a competitor move causes a change, connect the decision to the evidence so teammates understand why the wording evolved.
