Connect Teams

   Create or copy the supported incoming-workflow URL for the intended Teams channel.

   Open Settings → Integrations in SoWhatHQ.

   Paste the URL into the Microsoft Teams connection form.

4. 4

   Save and confirm the integration shows Connected.

5. 5

   Use a test or the next eligible delivery to confirm the channel receives it.

Treat the workflow URL like a secret

Anyone with a valid workflow URL may be able to post to that channel. Share it only with authorized administrators, do not paste it into public documents, and replace it if exposed.

If delivery stops

• Confirm the Teams workflow still exists and is enabled.
• Confirm the destination channel has not been removed or renamed in a way that invalidates it.
• Save a newly generated workflow URL in SoWhatHQ.
• Review notification preferences and eligible activity.
